Yes. Commodity trading module will work within Tally. We integrate life time customised module as project TCP file in Product & Features as addon in your specific company. So, then the customised menus, forms, fields and reports related to commodity trading appears along with your existing data. You can continue the transactions as how your are working now the day to day works in Tally.
You can add additional users for other departments in Tally with specific permissions to access other modules example Sales department and documentation, shipping, etc,. Then this will eliminate your duplication of works, improves productivity and you will get instant real-time reports from your transactions and MIS automatically.
